Job Vacancy: All-Rounder / Operations Assistant

Location: Nuh's Ark Islamic Montessori School, Seksyen 7, Shah Alam

Job Type: Part-time probation (1-3 months), Full-time 4th month

Salary: RM1,800 to RM 2,000

About the Role:

We are looking for a versatile and hands-on all-rounder to support daily school operations. This is a do-anything role: you will help in classrooms, assist parents, maintain cleanliness, organize spaces, handle minor repairs, gardening, and event setup.

We value attitude, reliability, and flexibility over formal qualifications.

Responsibilities:

Substitute classes when teachers are unavailable. Attend to parents if admin is busy. Maintain cleanliness and organization of classrooms, staff rooms, and school grounds. Gardening and outdoor maintenance. Perform minor repairs / handyman tasks (basic plumbing, furniture adjustments). Assist with events, decorations, and logistics. Run errands and support day-to-day school operations.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM / secondary school. Hands-on, flexible, proactive, and willing to do a variety of tasks. Comfortable with children, parents, and school environment. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions closely. Previous experience in school support or operational roles is a plus but not mandatory.

Working Hours:

Part-time for probation: Flexible (approx. 4-5 hours/day) Full-time for probation: Flexible (approx. 8 hours/day)
