Description

The successful candidate will be part of our Business Processing team.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Compiling, analyzing, and reporting various company data
• Improve and customize current data solutions to meet business functional and non-functional requirements
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly reporting activities
• Develop and document the standard data reporting and invoicing processes
• Identify and improve reporting needs and opportunities enhance reporting
• Provide professional and effective presentation materials with accurate and timely reports and analytics
• Identify opportunities for advanced analytics and for efficiencies in our report production processes
• Provide back-end processing operations support.
• Initiate and lead improvement project as part of continuous work development
• Undertake other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader.

• Great work organization and planning skills to effectively prioritize, organize, and plan daily, weekly to future activities
• Able to communicate effectively through email with customers and working across matrix organizations
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Minimum a diploma or degree in Business Admin, Finance, or equivalent work experience in utilizing technology tools and analyzing data.
• Knowledge in MS Excel, VBA, SPSS, SQL database would be an advantage
