Role Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES CCIB T&I team based in Kuala Lumpur providing inventory management, financial reporting, accrual management and payment tracking services to the overall CCIB T&I Team. CCIB - Analyst, CCIB T&I Invoice Management will report to Team Lead roll up into Market Data Admin team, adopting the same invoicing processing. Goal is to provide cost transparency to CCIB Project Investment relating to Technology and Business cost. Track projects to maintain high quality standards and strive to work towards optimization of costs, mitigation of risks, and quality service delivery across all Business Units. Processes

  • Manage inventory updates and initiate purchase order requests
  • Reconciliation of invoices against inventory database
  • Preparation and submission of invoices for approval and payment
  • Preparation of month end accruals and accruals aging report
  • Follow up on PO approvals and invoice payments status
  • Manage stakeholder requests and queries
  • Ensure no break in BAU services and processes
  • Preparation of monthly reports to stakeholders
  • Attend to ad-hoc requests or reports from stakeholders
  • Documentation of workflow and implementation of workflow efficiencies
  • Proactive to identify process gaps and/or propose potential process improvements
  • Fulfilling all other tasks delegated by the Superior

  • Awareness and proactiveness to anticipate, identify, escalate, mediate risk

QUALIFICATIONS TRAINING, LICENSES, MEMBERSHIPS AND CERTIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
  • Minimum 6 years working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g Pivot Tables, Vlookups). Advance Excel skills with knowledge of Power Query (plus)
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organisation
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Able to work effectively with the minimum of supervision on related unstructured tasks
