Responsibilities:

• To support the remediation exercise for the APAC Trade Finance Framework ("ATFF") within the Financial Institutions team in CBD4 and all other KYC related tasks until February 2024. ATFF \xe2\x80\x93 16 remaining cases with on-going KYC cases of up to 30.
• To provide overall administrative and operational support for CBD4 and CBD6.
• To assist Department Manager & Marketing Officer to handle loan drawdown, deposit placement and confirm loan/deposit interest rate with the customers.
• Responsible for the accurate and timely monitoring of all the operational related matters including but not limited to due dates of credit facilities, credit control, Loan transactions and to identify any operational risks to the department.
• To help and cooperate with other Global Corporate staff and other departments at all levels of work and to assist the Relationship Manager and the Head of Department in other works which may be delegated from time to time.
• To support the Relationship Managers in the operation support of the companies as allocated by the Head of Department, Directors/ Managing Directors, Executive Advisor and/or Managing Directors of Labuan Branch from time to time. To support them in the proper control of the operation management and documentation support, credit filing and to familiarize with all aspects of operations of the companies through regular discussions with Relationship Managers.
• To support Global Corporate Banking Department, Global Subsidiary Business and Labuan Branch\xe2\x80\x99s business promotion activities by providing various assistance which may be required from time to time.
• Other administrative tasks (Ad-hoc basis).

Requirements:

• Applicant must have a recognized Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or its equivalent from a recognized university/higher learning institution.
• Possess good working aptitude and strong interest in financial markets and banking industry.
• Having good communication and inter-personal skills in dealing with internal and external customers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• A proactive team player who is meticulous, able to a multi-task and detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of management.
