Summary:
Assist the on-going system support, process reengineering and collaboration for business request within the business & corporate banking. This role report to the Manager, Front Office Management.
Responsibilities:
Loan Origination System (LOS)
Detail study for business user requirements and prepare necessary information, workflow required by management. Verify and confirm the requirement in Functional Specification Document (FSD);
Involved and work with vendors closely in all the project stages;
Engage business stakeholders, subject matter experts and technical consultants for business requirements;
Coordinating with other channel / third party system on the system integration requirement ie. HOST (AS400), BNM CCRIS submission, Credit Rating Evaluation (CRE), SIRON, etc with LOS stakeholders vendors to complete the request on time.
Involved in the Project Steering Committee meeting including writing minutes, etc.
Contact person for internal stakeholders, working group committee and vendors
Identify and analyze the impact of any business change or system change
Raise ITR, CER and any relevant documents / procedure for the project accordingly
Manage the UAT and regression testing with support team and working group committee
Support the issue after deployment and after system go live
Customer Relationship Profitability Model (CRPM)
Involved in building & enhancement of the CRPM projection for next 12 months template
Handle & facilitate CRPM report and data requirement to business users
Prepare the user requirement for vendors and verify the Functional Specification Document (FSD) given by vendor
Ensure that the root causes of application systems failures are identified and the appropriate actions /escalations are taken to prevent the recurrence.
To ensure the data abstract is correct and data position on schedule
Work closely with BIAU & vendor for requirements. Liaise with BIAU to ensure they get ready the data needed on time
Escalate to IT security admin or IT SME if there are any IT related issues regarding the system/access right.
Improve, streamline, and standardize business application support processes based on feedback
Requirements:
Degree or above
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant business banking operations
Knowledge in Loan Origination Application, AS400, CRE, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel andTE2000.
