Responsibilities:
- Monitor and detect fraudulent activity and investigate suspicious transactions and behaviors;
- Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies based on trends and pattern in fraudulent activity;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fraud prevention techniques and tools;
- Provide regular reports on fraudulent activity to management;
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to fraud prevention;
- Contact customers to obtain their confirmation on the potential fraudulent transactions;
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm reputation and safeguarding Hong Leong Bank, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
- Degree or equivalent;
- Minimum 2 years working experience preferably in customer service or authorization background;
- Familiar with financial and regulatory requirements related to fraud prevention
