Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, monitoring, and coordinating IT projects to ensure schedule, scope and cost are within project plan. Ensure projects are progressing as planned and support in the preparation of various reports and progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage IT system related incident including management of stakeholders, liaise with vendors for investigation and fixes and coordinating among IT teams towards closure of the issue and system recovery. Provide follow up updates and reporting to all stakeholders impacted.
  • Responsible for IT communications and related announcements to stakeholders to ensure timely information are shared across various parties.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to perform gap analysis of regulatory policy, supporting closure of audit matters, and supporting any local and regional system and process improvement initiatives.
  • Support system planning related administration tasks such as schedule planning, SharePoint administration, annual system recertification, etc.
  • Responsible as Business Continuity Manager whereby required to perform business continuity activities e.g., support regulatory system DR drills, call tree, etc.
Requirements:
  • Applicant must have a recognized Degree in IT/Computer Science/Business Information Systems or its equivalent from a recognized university/higher learning institution. Non-IT Degree holder with relevant working experience is strongly encouraged to apply as well.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of similar working experiences in managing large number of enterprise system user access and have sound understanding on key IAM concept such as Identity Lifecycle, Role-based Access Control, process improvement, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data to support decision-making.
  • Self-motivated person who is a team player with the ability to prioritize and manage changing priorities.
  • Possess initiative, good interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with business users and IT team.
  • Responsive, neat, and meticulous in discharging duties.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
