Role Overview

As an Android Engineer, you will design and build intuitive, high-performance, and visually engaging mobile applications that connect millions of users worldwide. Working closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers, you'll transform creative ideas into seamless user experiences -- helping to shape the future of our social products.

Design, develop, and maintain

Android applications

with strong performance and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into high-quality, maintainable code. Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and user experience. Implement new features, fix bugs, and improve app stability. Stay up to date with the latest Android development trends, frameworks, and best practices. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the overall development workflow.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in

Computer Science

,

Software Engineering

, or a related field. Proficient in

Kotlin

and familiar with

Java

. Hands-on experience with

Android Jetpack components

,

Coroutines

,

MVVM architecture

, and

networking libraries

(Retrofit, OkHttp). Strong understanding of

UI/UX principles

,

Material Design

, and mobile performance optimization. Familiar with

Git

CI/CD pipelines

, and collaborative development workflows. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience in

audio/video apps

is a plus.

Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading)
