Job Description


Manage comprehensive recruitment processes, from onboarding coordination and contract preparation to overseeing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and job requisitions. Ensure compliance through background verification, maintain accurate applicant records, and boost employee referral program participation.

  • Manage Communications: Handle inbound and outbound communications in shared mailboxes.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Ensure smooth onboarding processes by coordinating with ANZ payroll and DBS teams, including criminal background checks.
  • Contract Preparation: Draft and prepare employment contracts for positions within the ANZ Group.
  • ATS Administration: Configure and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for efficient recruitment.
  • Job Requisitions Management: Post, modify, and oversee job requisitions to attract qualified candidates.
  • Hiring Manager Coordination: Inform hiring managers of new job postings and manage requisition timelines to ensure timely hiring.
  • Employee Referral Programs: Oversee and increase participation in employee referral programs.
  • Background Verification: Verify candidate background information to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Applicant Records Management: Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant records.
  • Position Classification: Classify positions and assess experience levels for appropriate job placements.
  • Records Maintenance: Archive and maintain records of non-selected candidates for future reference and compliance.

  • Talent Acquisition Background: Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment administration.
  • BPO Environment Knowledge: Preferable experience in supporting an Australian business within a BPO setting.
  • Time Management and Data Handling: Skilled in time management, prioritising tasks, and managing large volumes of data entry.
  • English Proficiency: Superior fluency in English, both written and spoken.
