This job requires you to be in charge of Costing and FP&A. You will be managing and assisting the Senior Manager to maintain smooth operation of the Controlling Team.You will in be in charge of

• Cost Management & Analysis:

• Develop and implement comprehensive cost control plans and budgets aligned with organizational goals.
• Analyze cost data to identify trends, variances, and potential cost savings opportunities.
• Prepare cost reports and presentations for stakeholders, providing clear and concise cost breakdowns.
• Monitor and track project expenditures, ensuring adherence to budgets and identifying areas for cost optimization.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best possible pricing and terms.
• Risk Management & Mitigation:

• Proactively identify and assess potential cost risks associated with projects or operations.
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate identified risks and minimize their financial impact.
• Implement cost control measures to ensure projects stay within budget and operational expenses are optimized.
• Process Improvement & Reporting:

• Continuously evaluate and improve cost control processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure accurate and timely cost reporting practices across various departments and projects.
• Collaborate with other departments like engineering, procurement, and operations to ensure cost-conscious decision-making.
• Team Leadership & Communication:

• Lead and mentor a team of cost control professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of management to ensure clear understanding of cost control strategies and objectives.
• Provide accurate and timely cost information to support informed decision-making at all levels of the organization.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA a plus).
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a cost control or project management role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and cost control software (e.g., MS Excel, project management tools).
• In-depth understanding of cost accounting principles and cost management frameworks.
• Experience in a relevant industry (depending on the company) is a plus.
