Your Job: The APAC eCommerce Content Optimization Manager role will support the delivery of Kimberly-Clark Professional\'s APAC strategic business plan. The primary purpose of this position is to lead optimization of KCP\'s digital shelf presence across our eCommerce channels and distribution network, with the management of respective processes and support agencies to achieve this. The role will be responsible for leading the delivery of best-in-class digital shelf presence within defined timelines and budget. Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities: Lead the end-to-end eCommerce product content delivery strategy and roadmap for APAC working in collaboration with global counterparts to ensure standards/guidelines are maintained. Design, implement and constantly revise the product content creation standards (copy, imagery, video, etc) SEO optimized towards search engines primarily Google and Amazon Collaborate with internal teams, as well as independently manage agencies to deliver best-in-class digital shelf execution a) product content creation: including copywriters, translations, SEO, rendering, photography, video, etc, and b) product content syndication, as required. Ensure on time publication of product content with relevant technology enablers (PIM, DAM & KCP Websites) and other technologies as applicable. Ensuring alignment and data quality across impacted systems/platforms. With support from the wider APAC eCommerce team and the relevant cluster channel teams, ensure optimal presence, positioning and messaging of Kimberly-Clark Professional\'s products on the digital shelf at our strategic partners\' webshops, employing KPI\'s and reporting structure. Support the APAC eCommerce Business Dev Managers deliver optimized digital shelf performance and support assets, as required by each of our eCommerce strategic partners. Lead and devise scalable functional enhancements of relevant technologies (PIM /DAM) to support evolving content and customer needs. Own and develop syndication processes and frameworks for leveraging content and assets with internal teams, and all KCP distributors. Constantly look for efficiencies and scalability. Drive frequent and agile A/B testing with a focus onpersonalization, securing feedback on improvement areas Monitor competitor and industry best practice to ensure leading class digital presence is achieved and maintained, as technology advances. Examples: AI machine learning & voice search, market place expansion, personalization of content, 3D imagery & sustainability focuses Engage with cross-functional subject matter experts to incorporate best practices into the digital shelf Serve as a brand steward by ensuring the compliance with and integration of brand positioning/ brand standards into digital content execution and syndication Essential Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, data management or other related field Min. 2 years of experience working in marketing content creation copywriting, SEO, imagery / photography, video, A+ pages (Amazon), with sufficient knowledge of data management, CMS, or similar system & processes. Deep understanding of business systems operations and process to manage product data. Examples: Stybo., / PIM. SAP, Showpad, DAM. etc Experience cooperating / driving external agencies and internal teams. SEO content optimization knowledge, mainly on Google and Amazon Ability to multi-task and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders concurrently Demonstrated ability to drive improvement of digital KPIs, data management and data quality processes Strong interpersonal, analytical, and project-management skills. Must be detail-oriented and deadline focused. Creative thinking, problem solving, and the ability to innovate Exhibits flexibility, open-mindedness, and adaptability to a rapidly changing environment Proficient use of MS Excel (mid-advance), PowerPoint, Word Basic knowledge of Photoshop or any other SW capable to edit marketing collateral. A demonstrated ability to navigate and perform in large organizations.
