Job Description

As an Application Developer Specialist, you will be responsible in full SDLC using SCRUM from preliminary planning, defining requirements, designing, and prototyping, building, documenting, testing, deploying, to finally maintaining the software.

Key Responsibilities

Actively participate in systems design, develop, implementation and documentation, attend to both business and technical considerations

• Analyze detailed business/functional/technical requirements and specifications for PPG\xe2\x80\x99s eCommerce Digital platform. Develop application (Scrum methodology) and fulfill the Functional requirements in high quality standards.
• Support application testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and coding application enhancements.
• Work together with other technical teams (Solution Architecture, DevOps, Security) throughout the development process.
• Devise sample input data to test accuracy of program.
• Resolve questions of program intent, input data acquisition, time sharing, output requirements, coding use and modification, including internal checks/code reviews for system integrity.
• Observe or runs test of program using sample or actual data, assist in user acceptance training.
• Participate in the roll out and on time delivery of developed applications.
• Providing Oncall support and technical advice, code reviews and assistance to other programmers.

Maintain a solid grasp of advancing technologies. Identify applicable solutions and implement with existing networks when appropriate. Adoption of tools identified (Azure DevOps, Re-Sharper, Browser Stack, SonarQube, Checkmarx)

Qualifications

• Consistent record of 6 years\' experience in C#/.NET development.
• Advanced skills in C#, ASP.net, .Net Core, Entity Framework, TypeScript, Angular 9+, RxJS, SASS, Git, SOLID, Design patterns, Architectural patterns
• Experience with GraphQL, Hot Chocolate, Mass Transit, Commerce Tools, Algolia, Apollo Angular, Angular Material, OAuth 2
• Experience in Cloud platforms, especially Azure.
• Familiar with DevOps process, Azure DevOps, Terraform, PowerShell, MACH Composer
• Superb communication (oral and written English) and social skills. Ability to effectively present information in one-in-one and small group situations to Product Owners and other members of the organization.
