Roles and Responsibilities To provide application support and enhancement. Perform Level 2 and 3 of production support To perform problem investigation - problem identification, root cause analysis, solution definition, development, and implementation. To understand the system design and provide impact analysis to any changes. To perform enhancement and defect fixing at code level. To manage system risks and conjure improvements to mitigate and manage risks To work closely with users to understand their needs & issues. Perform system review and propose improvement and prevention measures on current systems. Reporting to: Application Services Lead Requirements: Strong application technical knowledge in AS400 programming using RPG/LE, CL/LE, Control-M and Connect Direct Good application technical knowledge in design or support application servicing online channels using handler method and batch job execution in AS/400 subsystem, using , Job Queue, Data Queue or Message Queue setup. Good knowledge in Deposit, Loans and Cards domain such as CASA and Loans processing and handling, Card Management, billing, settlement and reconciliation process. Knowledge in Banking IT environment will be a plus. 24 x 7 offsite standby support on rotational basis. Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same capacity. Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive and team player. Able to work with cross border colleagues.
