As an Application Engineer II, you will play a critical role in providing technical expertise and support for our products and solutions. You will collaborate closely with the sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of our offerings. Your deep understanding of our products and their applications will be instrumental in assisting customers in resolving technical issues and providing insightful guidance to optimize their experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the engineering activities of / System (APC) to provide value-added engineering solutions
• Ensure successful completion of design; achieve desired quality to meet all design review and internal audit requirements
• Manage project schedules to meet delivery timelines delivery of model sections for integration.
• Working to specification for model areas.
• Identify technical issues and obtain clarification.
• Participate in APC / OTS project validation and witness testing.
• Model building, tuning and integration of the models for OTS projects, meeting project requirements and quality assurance of the simulators being delivered.
• Expected some long working hours especially during critical stages of project.

MUST HAVE:

• Diploma\'s degree or equivalent.
• 2-3 years in the process refinery or chemical processing facilities. Experience in APC systems design and training is preferred.
• Exposure to different Simulation Software used such as Shadow plant, HYSYS, DynSim, Aspen plus, PRO/II will be advantageous.
• Exposure to any of the following MPC Software such as RMPCT, Profit Controller, Aspen DMC+ / 3, SMOC, PACE, Pavilion, and SORTiA will be advantageous.
• Knowledge and experience in various control systems and applications such as DCS, ESD, PLC, OTS, OMS, etc. will be advantageous
• System Design Engineering analysis and techniques, Preparation of Project documentation, Report progress to Project Manager/Technical Manager

• Advanced Skills with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
