Job Description

Interacts with distributors and customers in China, Taiwan, and Japan region to analyze their needs, determine appropriate applications solutions for Pressure Relief (PR) Products to fulfill the customer\xe2\x80\x99s specific needs. a) To review, discuss, analyze and interpret customer requirements for products.
b) Establish products offering for application requiring non-catalogs products.
c) Establish pricing for non-catalog products through Business System, CPQ, Salesforce and related systems.
d) To prepare product drawings for customer review and approval.
e) Perform product trouble shooting and evaluation as needed.
f) Seeks new application opportunities for products.
g) Conduct product training from time to time to empower distributor\xe2\x80\x99s technical team. 1. Provide PR product application and pricing quote support to distributors and customers, works with the factory related support team to offer solution to meet customers\xe2\x80\x99 requirements, expectations and adhere to policies. 2. Evaluate customer operating conditions and selects the appropriate product for the application 3. Communicates and resolves customer purchase order discrepancies with the sales channel. 4. Responsible for populating pricing in CPQ for standard and non-standard products by working with AP and USA/Europe Application Group, Engineering, Production, QA and related support team. Prepare product drawings for customer review and approval. 5. Provide quote cost/throughput analysis report to the management. 6. Prepares and submits Engineering Service requests (aka Salesforce Case) for items requiring new or updated Engineering drawings and procedures in Salesforce. 7. Perform contracts review on quote/order/projects requiring for formal review prior quotation/order acceptance and release of order to manufacturing. 8. Maintain detail knowledge of the company products, applications, services, prices, policies and procedures. Also maintain knowledge of the competitor\xe2\x80\x99s product mix and industry standards related to pressure relief such as ASME, API, PED etc. 9. Responsible product trouble shooting and evaluation to resolve product performance issues. Enter material return numbers for material return process. Participate in product evaluation, preparing written reports documenting evaluation results, and works with supervisors to determine best method to communicate information to the sales channel and / or customer. 10. Review expedite request with the factory, AP application team and customer service to determine commitment delivery date. 11. Conduct training and seminars in the theory, operation and maintenance of product to distributors and customers. 12. Responsible for coordinating and distribution of technical information between distributors. 13. Identify through new or existing applications for market development and product development. 14. Provide availability to attend to urgent tasks and attend meeting after office hours. 15. Customers\xe2\x80\x99 sites visit to rectify technical problem when needs arise. 16. Maintains the confidentiality of all information processed. Required:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or Applied Science.

• Good presentation skills.

• Knowing to operate Auto-CAD is an added advantage

• Fluent in both spoken and written English.

• Ability to speak in Mandarin and Japanese will be an added advantage (for supporting customers from China, Taiwan and Japan).

• Good interpersonal skills and able to work effectively in a diverse work group.

• Ability to work under stress to meet deadline.

• Strong personal discipline and teamwork.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM2,354.89 - RM6,000.00 per month Schedule:
