Client Background: The company is specializes in machining, steel sheet fabrication, and structural steel fabrication, offering a diverse range of engineering services and solutions to industries worldwide. Their main products: switchboard, meat grinder machine, metal cabinet, insulator.

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Responsible / assist superior in documentation work and administrative stuff.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible / assist superior to liaise with Purchasing on material information & material price.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible / assist superior to liaise with Production Planning Coordinator on product\'s planning and production status.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible / assist superior to update and create Bill of Material / costing from time to time.

\xc2\xb7 To ensure detail of Purchase Order received from customer matched the sales quotation.

\xc2\xb7 To record distribution of customer\'s control copy drawing to Document Control Center.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible to handle customer enquiries and consult with the concerned department if necessary.

\xc2\xb7 Study & understand product drawings and ensure all technical specifications of inquiries are carefully studied.

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with related engineers & production team to provide costing & quotations in a precise & effective manner.

\xc2\xb7 Possess good understanding on production processes & detail capabilities so that correct production routing is selected.

\xc2\xb7 Provide precise and effective costing quotations, contributing to business growth.

\xc2\xb7 Develop price proposals based on market prices, history, and guidelines.

\xc2\xb7 Analyze inquiries and quotations

\xc2\xb7 Carry out any other task assigned by superior from time to time\xc2\xb7

\xc2\xb7 Maintaining client relations.

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Must be well-versed in English\xc2\xb7

\xc2\xb7 Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or relevant Engineering courses\xc2\xb7

\xc2\xb7 Must have basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.\xc2\xb7

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 years\' experience in Engineering/ Manufacturing line.

\xc2\xb7 Display a positive attitude, friendly personality, ability to interact with various groups/levels of people, willing to learn for self-improvement and have good attention to details.
