Application Engineer
Job Description
\xef\xbb\xbf:\xc2\xb7 Responsible for providing on-site support to clients in the installation, and troubleshooting of technical equipment and systems.\xc2\xb7 Install and configure technical equipment and systems at client sites.\xc2\xb7 Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, and providing solutions\xc2\xb7 Test equipment and systems to ensure proper functionality.\xc2\xb7 Document all work performed, including detailed reports on any issues and solutions.\xc2\xb7 Provide training and support to clients on the proper use and maintenance of equipment and systems.\xc2\xb7 Keep up-to-date with the latest technical advancements in the field and sharing this knowledge with colleagues and clients.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, engineering, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and meet project deadlines.Qualifications:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in a technical field such as electrical & electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, or any related field.\xc2\xb7 At least 3-5 years of Semiconductor equipment support experience.\xc2\xb7 Good communication skills. Understand Japanese language is an advantage.\xc2\xb7 Problem solving, time management skills and flexibility.\xc2\xb7 Willing to travel.Sub Specialization : Engineering;Electrical / Electronics / Semi-conductor
