To complement our team, we are looking for a customer- and team-oriented individual for our Plasma Control Technologies division at the Penang site as aApplication Manager (Office 365)For 75 years, we have been following our curiosity. Our developments make an important contribution to safer, more efficient and more sustainable production, mobility and communication.In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.What you will do:

• Manage and oversee the operation of the company's M365 applications, with a focus on MS Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
• Participate in M365 related projects and drive the continuous development and improvement of M365 applications, including new features, governance and best practice
• Developing, introducing and ensuring standards and guidelines for the applications
• Testing and implementation of plugins and interfaces between M365 and other solutions
• Regular exchange with stakeholders to coordinate and implement changes and projects

What you bring:

• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft OneDrive) from a user and admin perspective
• Experience with other Azure products and Entra ID (Azure AD) is particularly advantageous
• Initial experience with Jira and Confluence from a user and/or admin perspective is advantageous
• Programming and automation skills (e.g. Python, PowerShell, JavaScript) are particularly advantageous
• Very good written and oral English skills required.
