This role involves providing technical support, managing sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective sales and application management.Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in designated markets and industries.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, providing technical support and consultation.
• Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities and channels, focusing on key countries and industries.
• Technical Support: Provide technical application support for the company\'s products, conducting trials and demonstrations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Sales Coordination: Coordinate customer orders, logistics, payment collection, and quality issues through customer sales coordinators.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, market intelligence, and customer feedback to senior management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or application management, preferably in the abrasives or related industry.
• Skills:

• Strong understanding of sales and application management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
