We're seeking a dedicated Technical SUpport to monitor and maintain our live e-wallet systems, manage escalations, and support technical issues in real time. This is a hands-on role requiring

shift-based work

in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours

:

3 rotating shifts (10 hours/day)

, rotated every 20 days

Shift Pattern

:

4 working days, 2 days off 4 working days, 3 days off

Shift Times

:

10:00 AM - 8:00 PM

(Work From Office)

6:00 PM - 4:00 AM

(Work From Home)

2:00 AM - 12:00 PM

(Work From Home)

Key Responsibilities

:

Handle technical escalation tickets from users and merchants Monitor and support production e-wallet systems Assist Developers and Solution Architects in troubleshooting and production queries Perform log and database analysis for issue investigation and reporting Support merchant integration and production environment activities Collaborate with SRE, Development, and Architecture teams to meet SLAs

Requirements

:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Minimum 2 years of working experience

in a related technical support or operations role Familiarity with logs, DB queries, and monitoring tools Experience in 24/7 technical on-call environments Strong problem-solving and communication skills Able to work midnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays Knowledge in mobile or Java development is an advantage English proficiency required; Mandarin is a plus
