Qualifications Required:



2-5 years of experience

in application or system support

, preferably in banking or financial services. Hands-on experience with

SWIFT, BNM systems, or interbank payment platforms

is a strong advantage. Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, SWIFT Certified Specialist, or CompTIA Server+/Security+ are desirable.

Key Responsibilities



Provide

Level 1/2 application support

for

SWIFT and interbank payment systems

, ensuring high availability and system stability. Monitor application health, transaction flows, and system alerts; proactively identify and resolve issues. Troubleshoot

application, interface, and connectivity issues

related to SWIFT messaging and payment processing. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external parties (banks, regulators) to resolve incidents and service requests. Perform

incident management, root cause analysis

, and problem resolution in line with ITIL processes. Support

system changes, patches, upgrades, and releases

, including testing and post-deployment validation.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
