Open Position: Application Support Engineer, Level 2 (MNC IT Organisation)
An MNC IT Technology organisation is looking for Application Support Engineer, Level 2 to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Involved in providing Software Support covering cloud, web and mobile applications used by global users
- Good experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, solving code errors and fixing bug issues within the software applications
- Good experience in using software technologies such as Java, Oracle, SQL Database and etc within Linux and Windows environment
- Good experience in writing monitoring and automation scripts using Javascript, Perl or Shell
- Having a good understanding of ITIL, Agile and Scrum methodologies would be added advantage
- Work closely with Project Managers and Software Engineers for process improvement and delivering high-quality standards & products
- Passionate in providing high-quality software products with a positive attitude
- A team player and enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment
