JOB DESCRIPTION

Act as the first point of contact for technical support on Tencent Cloud products.

Handle incoming tickets via phone, live chat, and ticket.

Troubleshoot basic issues related to CVM, COS, VPC, CLB, etc.

Escalate unresolved cases to second-line teams.

Maintain high customer satisfaction and timely response.

Document cases and contribute to internal knowledge base.

Assist in the configuration and testing of packaged software and Software as a Service product.

Contribute to the development and testing of new components or enhancements.

Utilize declarative features to develop functionality where applicable.

Provide support for application releases into production, including deployment planning and scheduling.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Can speak Mandarin (non-negotiable).

Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).

Experience with Linux/Windows server environments.

Familiarity with Tencent Cloud services preferred.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Preferred certifications: Tencent Cloud TCA/TCP.

Advanced proficiency in IT Troubleshooting.

Intermediate proficiency in Engineering Support.

It is advantageous to have prior experience in relevant related skills.

Open to work in night shift.
