Role: Technical Support Engineer- SCCM
Location: KL, Malaysia
Language: Mandarin + English(B1)
Working hrs:
Normal office hr, No weekend work (PH work required with RL given)
Experience: at least 3 years
Skillset
SCCM or WSUS / Window Server / SQL Communication
Tool:
Phone Support & Email (Teams Chat)
KPI Allowance:
Up to RM600 per month.
Strong experience engaging directly with enterprise customers.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and presentation skills.
At least SPM with 3 years relevant experiences.
Good understanding with ITIL/Service Management knowledge.
Ability to balance technical expertise with business acumen.
Adaptability to change and strong teamwork skills.
Fluent in Mandarin and English due to market serving is bilingual.
Technical Expertise Required:
Networking / SQL Database
SCCM/Configuration Manager (SME level, last 3 years): Application management, OS
