MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a team of application configurators, business analysts and developers to manage IT manufacturing systems
- Manage project delivery expectations from the business on different MES systems
- Provide guidance to the team and keep the team motivated
- Provide leadership to the site in terms MES related delivery /project /support issues. Liaison with global teams in the US where needed.
- Define key goals and objectives for the team while aligning with business partners on said goals
- Involve in new staffing needs and interviewing
- Track Key KPIs for the team and guide / strategize on achieving better results
- 5+ years Managed a team of talented individuals setting direction in achieving
- 8+ years of experience working in IT supporting manufacturing systems
- 5+ years managing FTPC, PROMIS or Camstar MES systems
- Relevant degree in the field of study
