This company is looking for a technical manager to manage all their new and upcoming projects. This company is looking for talented people to join the team. Your new role As a Technical Manager, you will be a key, independent member of the team, to support product introduction and application methods for developers to suit the customer needs. You will be working closely with both internal and external parties, to ensure related products and systems on the customer end are applied properly. What you\'ll need to succeed Degree in Polymer Science / Chemistry. Minimum 7-10 years working experience in polymer industries. Experience in rubber product manufacturing will be an added advantage. Able to undertake periodic travelling abroad and work in a global team of professionals. Proven leadership and ability to drive technical teams. Fluent in English, Bahasa Cina & Bahasa Malaysia. Computer-literate Has a detailed understanding in a specific technical field such as polymer science and is able to apply this knowledge effectively to solve customer problems. Ability to work independently, self-motivated with minimum supervision. Ability to think creatively and solve problem. Possess excellent leadership skills.
