Job Description
We are representing our client, who is creating a team of young professionals for both front-line and back-of-house roles in the food and beverage (F&B) industry. Their aim is to train and develop these apprentices into skilled and versatile team members. Selected applicants will benefit from a structured training program led by an experienced team.Main Responsibilities:
- Remain vigilant about food quality, incorporate constructive feedback, and adapt to menu changes effectively.
- Ensure a healthy, clean, and welcoming atmosphere for both staff and customers.
- Attend to customer needs, gather feedback, enhance services, and address operational issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, quality, and efficiency in the production area, ensuring proper management of raw materials.
- Present a well-groomed appearance, manage time effectively, and maintain a professional and positive working environment.
- Take pride in your work, strive for excellence, and continually improve food and beverage quality.
- Build the stamina to handle long hours and high-pressure situations effectively.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- A certificate in Hospitality is a plus.
- Demonstrate a keen interest in acquiring new skills and knowledge.
