Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager based in Singapore This role will be base in Malaysia , any state. The role as Area Sales Manager, you are responsible to drive the sales & business development inin Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia, and Myanmar. You will assists the sales or distributors partners in conducting direct product sales in the territories and directing all Sales Training. Deliver annual sales target, territory plans and strategies; Manage the distributors to perform relative functions to achieve in-market sales target; To perform the function of distributor support and monitoring; To review, build up and modify the sales team structure and account allocation; Monthly/Weekly business reports to Regional Sales Manager; Organize monthly/weekly distributor meeting for the territory or region so as to review the update customer account issue; Manage to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts whist keeping within budgets; Develop new business opportunities, and identifies areas of improvement to meet sales targets while developing and executing annual plan to achieve region objectives; Partner within & build internal relations and with the parent company to provide development of key customer relationship management; Negotiate tenders / contracts and purchase agreements with the assistance of Account Managers and internal colleagues; Establish Effective relationships and collaborations with other departments (Service, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, etc.) to address key business issues and opportunities; Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies; Attend clinical meetings, seminars and conferences as appropriate; The Responsibilities does not limit to Timely implementation of data reporting, accuracy of sales reports and statements for the entrusted department, and forecasting of future sales Effective use of internal and external capacities Execution of set costs and compliance with the budget in the entrusted department Administrative processes related to entrusted activities Internal and external customer care to all members of value chain Coordination of entrusted activities with key internal and external stakeholders Creation of documentation related to entrusted in-country activities Develop & build a strong distributor network in the assigned countries Effective relationship building with key in-country stakeholders in all assigned countries To qualify for this role, You have a university degree (preferably in business, economics, or a technical field) and minimum of 5 years proven of achievement-oriented sales / business development experience or equivalent experience preferably in the medical device/ Healthcare field. Demonstrated ability to digest, to comprehend, and verbalize highly technical product and clinical information related to company and industry products. Demonstrated professional sales skills. Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
