Job Responsibilities

Report to Assistant Project Manager and responsible for work progress of site activities.
Assist in planning, supervision, solving site problems, safety and attend site meeting & inspections.
Monitor, coordinate and supervise architectural work progress and quality of work on site.
Coordinate and liaise with consultants and client in solving technical discrepancies and detailing issue of architecture works.
Able to plan and monitor sub-contractors.
Able to monitor the usage of machinery, material and manpower.
Prepare and submit proper record of site diary, site measurement, site record and site progress record Able to lead and supervise site personnel.

Job Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Architectural/Construction Management/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Experience in high-rise building construction.
Familiar with Architecture & C&S drawing and specifications for construction projects
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the same capacity.
Computer literate.
Work Location - Setia Alam (Selangor), Bangsar (Kuala Lumpur)
3 Full time positions available.

Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month Application Deadline: 04/25/2023
