Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Certificate in Drafting or equivalent.
Must possess basic knowledge of technical and construction drawings.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to plan and meet work schedule.
At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
Knowledge of high-rise construction drawings is preferred.

Responsibilities

To develop plans, sections, elevation and detailing.
To manage and ensure efficient work ethic to achieve deadlines.
To coordinate and follow up technical aspects of projects.
To prepare layout and detail plans for submission, tender and construction stage.
To produce ID key plans.
