- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Certificate in Drafting or equivalent.
- Must possess basic knowledge of technical and construction drawings.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to plan and meet work schedule.
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
- Knowledge of high-rise construction drawings is preferred.
- To develop plans, sections, elevation and detailing.
- To manage and ensure efficient work ethic to achieve deadlines.
- To coordinate and follow up technical aspects of projects.
- To prepare layout and detail plans for submission, tender and construction stage.
- To produce ID key plans.
