Architectural Engineer

Job Description
Job Functions:
Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP designs to ensure proper vertical integration, safety, and compliance adherence.
Review and prepare detailed drawings and technical documentation for high-rise components such as podium structures, cores, facades, and mechanical floors.
Conduct site supervision and quality inspections to ensure construction works meet design intent, CIDB safety standards, and Qlassic quality benchmarks.
Integrate building services systems (e.g., fire protection, HVAC, lifts, water supply) seamlessly within tight vertical spaces while maintaining aesthetic and functional design.
Liaise with consultants, authorities, and contractors for technical coordination, approval submissions, and resolution of complex on-site construction issues.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural or equivalent
Min 3years of working experiences preferably with either Consultancy or undertakes high rise project development.
Good analytical and technical knowledge
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
