Job Description


  • To report the flows and the update of the project handled of department from time to time.
Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Checking submission drawing plans to Authority.
  • Organizing and coordinating with various professional peoples such as consultants on operational, Architects as well as clients, local authorities, contractors, etc.
  • To assist in overall planning & design for the project development with Consultants & teams to drive the right outcomes.
  • To handle and maintain project general administrative work.
  • Manage and maintain project\'s related documentation (technical documents/ drawings/ approvals/ correspondence, etc.)
  • Liaise with Authority on progress of projects.
  • Liaise with consultants (Architects, Engineers, Planner, Surveyor) regarding the project handled.
  • Follow up the status of submission to authorities & attend authorities\' meetings projects.
  • Liaise with Internal Department regarding the Projects handled.
  • Able to design & prepare with project briefing from management.
  • Do the paperwork for previous consultant claim.
