-Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure the Group achieves its business objectives, including Revenue, COGs, and PBT targets.
-Oversee smooth and efficient restaurant operations by enforcing performance standards and conducting regular daily, weekly, and monthly evaluations.
-Guide and support Restaurant Managers in analyzing operational data to drive continuous performance improvement.
-Maintain strong market insight by keeping track of competitors' activities and implementing appropriate actions to preserve the company's competitive edge.
-Compile daily operational updates from restaurants and submit a weekly summary report to the Operations Manager.
