• Strategy Planning & execution of distributors sell in & Dealers development.
• Dealer Development & Training, product knowledge, staff selling skills & IT systems.
• Formulate effective & efficient sales ground activities.
• Distribution points expansion.
• Network expansion planning and prioritization.
• Up to date dealer management database
• Compliance of trade visitation cycle & timely audit of exclusive channel
• Timely submission of management reports.
• To manage Distributors Sales Staff with objective of winning & acquiring market leadership in the region

What do you need to have for the role?

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in FMCG, Telco & any the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Executives / Senior Executives specializing in Area Sales, Territorial management, FMCG distribution knowledge or equivalent.
• Good communication skills and presentation skills
• Personal traits: Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, A self-starter, Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment and A team player.
