• Proven experience as area manager, store manager, assistant manager or similar managerial role
• Sound understanding of optimization of store operations and standards for success
• strong track record of success within prior experience in a regional sales role
• Highly responsibility and uphold good integrity and honesty
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Diploma / Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• Fluent in English & Mandarin, both oral and written. We seek for Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Travel frequently is required

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities

• Cooperate with HQ to launch and full execution operational tasks and monitor the status to make sure the quality and efficiency, including data review, store operations standard and etc.
• Facilitate and support the stores\' communication with HQ to ensure all operational running smoothly.
• Ensure smooth operations of the newly upgraded memo.
• Work closely with different internal departments and supervise frontline staff to ensure smooth store openings, closings, relocation, meeting all store operations standards and guidelines
• Obtain store\'s operational needs and feedbacks from frontline team on a regular basis and handle queries/requests on a timely basis
• Regular store visits to ensure stores are in compliance with company policies
• Shop sales, profit and staff expense review
• Commission and incentive calculation
• Other jobs assigned to improve retail operation and reach Sales budget.
