Job Description
This role responsible for overseeing multiple stores by ensuring that each store operates efficiently, achieves sales targets, maintains high standards of customer service, and adheres to company policies and procedures.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple stores, ensuring they meet or exceed sales and performance targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans for each store to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct performance evaluations while provide coaching and support to the team.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in retail management, including experience as a Area Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and making data-driven decisions.
- Ability to travel within the designated area.
