Job Summary Assist the Senior Manager, Regional Field Sales to supervise the sales team. Assist the Senior Manager, Regional Field Sales to motivate and drive the performance of the sales teams. Assist the Senior Manager, Regional Field Sales to work with the reps on coaching and to monitor their SFE KPI. To achieve ambitious sales & distribution targets. Drive effective execution of campaigns by working closely with the sales teams and trade customers. Assist the Senior Manager, Regional Field Sales to resolve day to day operational and trade issues. Develop & maintain good professional relationship with trade customers. General Responsibilities Consistent field work with sales teams in Perak to coach the sales teams on account serving, problem resolution, identifying opportunities and negotiations. Identifying areas of improvement among the sales teams and provide continuous coaching and evaluation in order to build a highly competent and high-performance sales teams. Track and monitor the sales performance of the teams and supports the Senior Manager, Regional Field Sales in addressing non-performance sales staff. Continuously track execution of trade campaigns by the sales teams to ensure that campaign objectives are achieved and proactively address challenges faced by the sales teams. Analyze and identify business opportunities in assigned territories and provide recommendations to immediate superior, marketing or trade marketing team to tap on these opportunities. Conduct reviews and updates sales teams on performance periodically. Support the sales teams to negotiate for better shelf space and promotion with high return on investment. Focus on building relationship with high potential retailers (customer development group) in order to ensure that these group of customers continuously support us in meeting our business objectives. Proactively report on competitor activities and other trade development to the management and where relevant recommend action to counter competition. Support market assessment of new business where relevant. Functional Skills And Knowledge Good communication skills in spoken & written English. Possess good knowledge in Pivot table & V-lookup function. Education Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Allied Health Science or related field. Work Experience Minimum 3-4 years relevant work experience, preferably at Supervisory level.
