2) To provide good after-sales and conduct sales visits to potential customers.
3) Work closely with operations, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
4) Eager to expand the company with new sales and clients.
5) Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
6) Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
7) Guide potential clients through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
8) Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
9) Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
10) Track sales activities and create reports on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales results.
11) Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements

4) Based in Johor, Melaka or N.Sembilan
5) Willingness to travel across state.
6) Minimum qualifications for this position include a SPM certificate or diploma, with preference given to candidates holding higher academic credentials.
7) Knowledge & experienced about courier industry operations and challenges will be advantaged.
8) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred and considered a valuable asset for this role.
9) Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
