Job Description
An Area Sales Manager-Central Region is required to manage and oversee sales activities within the Medical Devices industry, driving sales strategies and meeting targets in the Central Region.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet sales targets.
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales professionals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the industry.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional activities and materials.
- Conduct regular sales forecasting and reporting.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Diploma / Degree in Life Science / Medical Lab Technology / Sale & Marketing or equivalent.
- Experience in sales management within the Medical Devices, healthcare, clinical laboratory, life science or equivalent field.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A good understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the Central Region.
- High level of business acumen and professionalism.
