SUMMARY

The Area Supervisor oversees daily operations, staff performance, and customer service quality across multiple outlet. This role ensures operational consistency, compliance with safety and sanitation standards, and achievement of sales and profit targets. The supervisor provides leadership, training, and support to store/restaurant managers and teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

Oversee the operations of multiple outlets within the assigned location Strong leadership and management skills? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Proven ability to motivate and inspire teams? Strong organizational and time management skills? Outlet sales & profitability? Ensure daily outlet operation can be carry out smooth? Preparing every single product by following HQ SOP, to ensure our product quality consistency? Ensure our shop/kiosk (internal/external area) clean and tidy always, provide clean & comfortable environment to our customer Ensure all raw materials sufficient to support daily sale? Must be able to work overtime as needed? Must be able to work under high efficiency working environment.? Must be able to work on Flexible hours (Night shift/Early shift), Weekends & Public Holiday? Self-discipline, Hardworking, following instruction, Teamwork, Good in maintain cleanliness. Knowledge of retail operations and procedures is a plus?

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in food & beverage is an advantage (2-5+ years). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and F&B operational standards. Experience with F&B management software (POS, inventory, scheduling). Strong customer service orientation. Ability to train and develop teams. Organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: Up to RM3,200.00 per month
