Job Details : -
Degree in Engineering/ Science graduates from reputed universities preferably with Computer Science or equivalent background
Minimum 20 years in application development with 10 years of team leading of a development function in service or vendor-based organization or established banks/ financial institutions
Knowledge in SIBS core banking is an added advantage
Extensive application development experience with clear understanding of core banking and Consumer Banking related systems
Experience in adopting tools for development during code review, build/packaging process and etc.
Experience in various platforms
Demonstrated ability for solving complex problems with a high-level of understanding of technical specification related to IT business stakeholder needs
Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary and matrixed environment

Technical/ Functional skills
With SIBS CORE BANKING working exposure preferred
A MUST Development skill: RPGLE, CLLE, DB400, SQL, OS400.
