Job Description

:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced AS400 RPG Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid technical expertise in AS400 systems and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively under pressure.

• Develop, implement, and maintain software applications on the AS400 platform.
• Perform coding, testing, and debugging using RPG, RPGLE, COBOL, and CLP languages.
• Provide timely production support and resolve system issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders, including international users, to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AS400 development.
• Proficient in RPG/RPGLE, COBOL, and CLP programming languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written), with good communication skills to engage international users.
• Cantonese proficiency is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Java and SQL is a strong advantage.
• Background in production support or the insurance industry is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
