BCG\xe2\x80\x99s HR function plays a critical role enabling the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s commercial success. As part of the regional People Team, you will have an opportunity to help shape the BST HR and HR Operations strategic agenda and priorities. We expect this new role to become a trusted advisor to AP BST HR and HR Operations leadership in our systems, to shape and drive strategic change projects relating to BST HR and HR Operations and to proactively develop senior BST talent across the region. This is an exciting new role in a dynamic regional People team.
Strategic Business Partnering
Cascade and drive global change initiatives and projects \xe2\x80\x93 providing a voice for AP in shaping global initiatives as well as working with local systems to ensure effective rollout and embedding change
Leverage your strong collaboration and influencing skills to drive change across AP in line with global and regional objectives and priorities including change around BST EVP, career framework, L&D, etc
Collaborate with local systems to ensure BST operating models, roles and resources align to support our changing business including our global transformation efforts
In collaboration with AP People Team Leadership, develop strategic recommendations based on analysis and insight
Set agenda and facilitate engagement with regular network touchpoints, including an annual event to bring all AP systems together on key operational and strategic topics
L&D for BST talents
Manage SD/XD participation in global L&D programs \xe2\x80\x93 LEP, LCPC, DHPT, SLO etc
Be point person in AP for global L&D initiatives. Play a role in shaping global programs to suit AP L&D needs, including having a voice to suit AP time zone. Provide facilitation and support for programs in AP such as Coaching Unlock
AP BST HR analytics leadership
Work with the AP HR Analytics team to develop analyses, reports, scorecards, etc to understand the BST side of the AP business, deliver insights to leadership and influence management decision making
Shape People Survey and Pulse Check analyses to understand the BST side of our business and determine courses of action

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Bachelor\'s Degree, minimum 12 years of working experience
HR experience at a management level
Project and change management experience
Experience at BCG; and/or strategy consulting experience a positive
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Proficient in working with new digital tools and teaming
