Description * Oversee end-to-end process of the capital management, including the governance, capital planning & execution processes (including setting up / coordinating issuance of debt / capital instruments) * Participate in FTP activities an Description Oversee end-to-end process of the capital management, including the governance, capital planning & execution processes (including setting up / coordinating issuance of debt / capital instruments) Participate in FTP activities and act as strategic partner to SBGs in relation to FTP matters FTP related functions: assist to prepare FTP monthly closing and submission to internal stakeholders within timeline manage FTP system and computation of FTP, including analytics on implication of FTP to SBG assist to prepare monthly net interest margin computation for GALCO submission assist to prepare and compile monthly GALCO deck and liaise with relevant stakeholders for review points raised by supervisors attend and assist to attend ad-hoc requests from SBG Capital Management: assist to perform benchmarking analysis for peers in Malausia and Asia-Pacific region on capital adequacy assist to monitor and prepare coupon payment of existing bonds issued from time to time assist to coordinate capital and funding issuance for the Group, i.e. appointment of advisers, transaction agreements, internal memo for approval, invoice payment. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree - Degree in Finance / Accounting or professional accounting qualification. Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills Minimum 2to 5 years working eperience in finance / accounting related field,preferably from banking sector Able to work independently and work well within a team.
