PXM Malaysia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assembly Line Leader to oversee and coordinate daily operations of our assembly line. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electronics manufacturing, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to quality and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of operators in the assembly, packing, or soldering sections.
- Ensure daily production targets, quality standards, and safety procedures are met.
- Allocate manpower and resources effectively to meet production schedules.
- Monitor production output and report any issues or delays to supervisors.
- Train and guide new operators and ensure compliance with work instructions.
- Perform first-level troubleshooting and collaborate with engineers and maintenance teams.
- Continuously improve assembly processes for better efficiency and yield.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field.
- At least 5 -7 years of relevant experience in an EMS or manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in supervising assembly line operations.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and work instructions.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Mandarin-speaking is preferred; however, non-Mandarin speakers are also welcome.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
