The Production Line Leader is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the production line, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This role requires strict adherence to food safety standards, including Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), to guarantee the production of high-quality food products.
1) Supervise and coordinate the activities of production line workers to meet daily production targets.
2) Monitor the production process to ensure efficiency and adherence to production schedules.
3) Identify and address any issues or bottlenecks that may affect production timelines.
4) Ensure proper setup and operation of machinery and equipment.
5) Implement and monitor compliance with HACCP and GMP standards throughout the production process.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
