The Line Leader is responsible for leading and coordinating production operators to ensure daily output, quality, and safety targets are achieved. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to support smooth production operations and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:Production & Assembly
Supervise and guide production operators in daily assembly, crimping, soldering, and inspection tasks according to work instructions and SOPs.
Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to meet output and efficiency targets.
Ensure proper use of tools, machines, and materials according to safety and quality standards.
Quality Control
Ensure all products meet customer and company quality requirements.
Identify, address, and report any quality or process issues immediately to superior.
Support quality improvement initiatives and root cause analysis for production defects.
Housekeeping & Safety
Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety compliance within the production area (5S standards).
Ensure operators follow company safety rules and wear required PPE at all times.
Promote safety awareness and report unsafe acts or conditions promptly.
Documentation & Reporting
Record daily production data, output, and attendance accurately.
Report line performance, issues, and manpower needs to supervisors or engineers.
Support process improvement and productivity enhancement activities.
Team Leadership & Development
Train, coach, and motivate production operators to improve skill competency and work efficiency.
Monitor attendance, discipline, and work performance of team members.
Foster teamwork and positive communication among the production team.
Requirements:
Minimum
SPM or Certificate / Diploma
in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
At least
2 years of experience
in production or assembly line operations, preferably in electronics or cable manufacturing.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Able to read and follow work instructions in English/Chinese.
Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
Good attendance, responsible, proactive, efficient and able to work under pressure.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
