Quality regimented calling on targeted customer to offer repayment assistance.
To coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for agreement execution, documents & approvals till credit approval stage.
To verify and perform KYC on application information in submitted documents.
Monitoring and managing post RA repayment performance of customers.
Managing inbound enquiries regarding repayment assistance / variation of agreement.
Attending any other duties assigned by superior/HOD from time to time

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Bachelor of Degree qualification in Business Administration/ Baking/ Finance or relevant working experience will be considered.
Minimum 2 years and above experience in banking & finance/ customer relationship management.
Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Proficient in Microsoft office, Excel & PowerPoint. Basic knowledge in commanding Large Language Model (LLM) is preferred
