  • Experience: Min 3 years in banking/finance or investment company
  • Experience in investment banking or M&A Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to write effectively
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office Strong project management skills with the ability to perform well under pressure
  • Organized, detailed-oriented, resourceful and solutions-oriented work approach
  • Qualities of being a team player
  • Good to have interest in the investment/ capital market.
  • Language: Proficiency in English and Mandarin (Written and spoken)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working Hours: 9am to 5pm OR 10am to 6pm (Monday - Friday,)

Responsibilities
  • Offering assistance at Investment, Audit and Risk Committee meetings, preparing minutes, acting as liaison between committee members, staff, clients and other external partners.
  • Taking care of the portfolio, and will be involving in company analysis/asset management
  • Review and approval of C-level executive activities, and directing expense reports.
  • Compile and analyze financial information and prepare well documented journal entries for approval by the EVP to accounts as needed ensuring financial records are accurate and properly documented. Resolve accounting discrepancies.
  • Follow up and works closely with the EVP on special assignments/projects and Audit and Finance & Investment activities.
  • Provide support with preparing project documentation, process documents, and project dashboard.
  • Provide general, specialized, confidential, time-sensitive operational and management support to the EVP in an accurate and flexible manner.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the EVP Office through the coordination and flow of information to him from all sources, including email, social media, interoffice, phone, etc.
  • Meet on regular basis with the EVP to ensure the big picture is maintained and to plan & coordinate upcoming events, appearances and meetings.
  • Coordinate schedules and operational logistics for the EVP.
  • Take minutes during meetings and any discussion.
  • Preparing reports, presentations and documentation for external/ internal meetings.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
